| What is bondage?
Many people don’t know that bondage refers to limitations, restrictions and confinements that are placed on people. What is oppression? Oppression refers to heaviness. How does Satan use bondage and oppression? Satan uses bondage and oppression to affect a person spiritually, mentally, emotionally, physically and financially. Satan has designed bondage and oppression to keep us from enjoying life. There are only two positions a believer can take to obtain enjoy living life:
The choice is yours. You can give satan the right to continue his attack on your life or you can refuse it. Your refusal becomes an aggressive weapon against the devil. It’s what the book of James calls “resisting the devil”. What happens when we resist the devil? James 4:7 declares he WILL flee from you.
Accept that Jesus made available to you an abundant life far above and beyond what you can ask, imagine or think. Resist the devil’s lies and scams and let the Holy Spirit teach you how to have the life God planned for you to live. |
