Boldly and Confidently

Let us then fearlessly and confidently and boldly draw near to the throne of grace (the throne of God’s unmerited favor to us sinners), that we may receive mercy for our failures and find grace to help in good time for every need appropriate help and well-timed help, coming just when we need it.

Hebrews 4:16 AMP Version

First, Lets talk about “fearlessly”. Fearlessly means without having any fear.

Second, let’s look at “confident” and “boldness”. Let’s say it this way: Confident Boldness is a convincing stance. It is a state of mind (thoughts), will and emotions. You are convinced, you have every right to boldly be here and to confidently speak your heart to God your Father.

Why can we have this attitude? Because of Jesus’s finished work on the cross. He shed His own blood so we could be made righteous. Jesus shed His blood so we could say, “I fearlessly and confidently and boldly draw near to the throne of grace (the throne of God’s unmerited favor) because I am not afraid God doesn’t love me and I boldly and confidently know He cares about me and wants to provide for me far above and beyond what I can ask, imagine or think. 1 Cor 2:9.

Thought for the Week

I am not afraid that God my Father doesn’t love me. I boldly and confidently know He cares about me and wants to provide for me far above and beyond what I can ask, imagine or think.

IF YOU HAVEN’T ACCEPTED JESUS YET:

How Do I Get Saved?

Salvation is a gift from God, and comes through believing in Jesus and Jesus alone. In John 14:6, the Bible tells us very clearly that Christ is the only way to God and eternal life, and in Romans 10:9–11, the Bible tells us how to be saved and have eternal life: Believe in our hearts that Jesus died for our sins and was raised from the grave, and confess with our mouths that He is our Lord and Savior.

John 14:6 states: Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. (KJV)

Romans 10:9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.

Romans 10:10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

Romans 10:11 For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed.

To accept Jesus Christ into your life and be saved, please say this prayer of salvation.

“Heavenly Father, thank You for Your love for me and for sending Jesus Christ to die on the cross for all my sins. His precious blood washes me clean. You raised Him from the dead. He’s alive today and I thank You that all my sins are forgiven. I’m made righteous by Jesus’ blood. God’s favor is upon me and I thank you Father that surely goodness and mercy will follow me all the days of my life from this day forth.

In Jesus’ name, Amen.”
